My career as a skin therapist transcends over 10 years of experience, so you can say I’ve seen it all. MAGNESIUM
If you are deficient in magnesium, it’s very likely you are experiencing some form of inflammation. Taking magnesium in combination with Vitamin C can improve their absorption and reduce the plasma reaction of C-Reactive protein in the body, which is the leading cause of inflammation.

COD LIVER OIL
My mother used to serve me a spoonful of Cod Liver Oil every day as a child and called it “Golden Juice”. I thank her now for it but as you can imagine, I didn’t fancy it at the time.
